If you’re looking for an active adventure in Batumi, try kayaking on the Chorokhi River! Choose from simple routes for beginners or longer ones for those who want to test their limits.
The 5 km Route
A short stretch of the river with straightforward sections and light rapids. This route is perfect for first-time kayakers or those who simply want to spend time on the water with friends and children. The entire program, including instruction, takes about an hour. The only requirement is the ability to swim.
The 13 km Route
Starting from the base and finishing at the beach, this route takes participants along 13 kilometers of calm river. You’ll see bird colonies and, if you’re lucky, dolphins at sunset. The journey takes about three to four hours with short stops.
A one-day trip down the Chorokhi is a rare opportunity to see Adjara from a new perspective, enjoy the scenery, and feel connected to nature.

Everyone can participate in our moto tours: from those who have never ridden a motocycle before to confident motorcyclists. For beginners, we offer easy semi-automatic bikes: no clutch, simple controls, the main thing is to hold the handlebars. Before you set off, you’ll receive a full briefing and have time to get comfortable with the bike. Those seeking more of a thrill can try a 150cc manual motorcycle, while experienced riders can take on a powerful 250cc bike.
All gear is provided, from the helmet to a branded riding suit, and we’ll fit everything to your size.
How to Ride:
Ride a motorcycle yourself.
Ride as a passenger with an experienced driver and simply enjoy the scenery.

The grand opening ceremony for the Elite Family Residence residential complex was held in Gonio. The symbolic moment – the cutting of the red ribbon – marked the start of a new chapter in the development of the coastal district. The event was attended by developer representatives, partners, and guests, who were the first to appreciate the scale of the project.
Elite Family Residence is a club-style residential complex located 750 meters from the cleanest waters in Batumi. The complex includes 20 residences and 4 duplex penthouses. Every residence offers views of the Black Sea and the mountain ranges of Adjara.
Congratulations to our investors on the successful launch of the project. A new stage lies ahead: very soon, the complex will open its doors to guests who will be able to appreciate the comfort and atmosphere of Elite Family Residence.
